I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The food options were limited and not very tasty. the service at the restaurant was slow and we had to wait a long time for our meal.

The hotel had clean and well-furnished rooms with modern amenities, and the scenic views from the balcony were breathtaking. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, being situated in a peaceful Himalayan town. The hotel facilities, such as the table tennis and pool tables, were enjoyable and kept us entertained during our stay.
The service in the restaurant was slightly understaffed, causing delays during meal times. They can improve by hiring more staff and providing more flexibility in the menu.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Chail and it was a great experience. The location was beautiful, with stunning views of the valley from the balcony. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. They even offered car hire and tours assistance, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus.
